Doctors Community Hospital has a fantastic opportunity to lead our Environmental Services team!
The responsibilities for this role include:
Providing direction, supervision, training and guidance to the staff.
Overseeing departmental budget and goals.
Managing and reviewing special project with Supervisors.
Continuing the patient experience efforts within the department to maintain the quality of service.
Reviewing, developing and implementing environmental management policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services, and cooperate with other departments.
Duties include assuring the hospital is in compliance regarding regulations as established by OSHA, Joint Commission and all other governing agencies on federal, state and county levels and maintaining quality control and DCH standards of excellence.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience with 6 years in Environmental services/housekeeping.
Experience in a hospital setting essential.
Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and initiative for quality & customer services.
