PeaceHealth is looking for a talented Director of Facilities to undertake the responsibility of planning, organizing, and directing the efficient utilization of facility staff, equipment and resources. In this position, you will ensure all facilities are maintained, clean and safe for patients, their families, and our Caregivers.
The ideal candidate will be a personable leader who can plan, organize, and direct the efficient utilization of facilities management resources while organizing environmental services. This position is key to PeaceHealth’s future, and the Director of Facilities must be an effective communicator and process-oriented problem solver.
Qualifications for the Director of Facilities include:
Minimum of five years’ facility management experience within healthcare industry
Proven experience managing healthcare facilities
Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, laws and construction techniques
Strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
