This position is accountable for all hospital, central plant, off-site building, grounds, mechanical equipment and systems, supervision and training of Plant Engineers, Plant Maintenance, Groundskeepers and insures equipment is operated and maintained by manufacturer's recommendations and within the guidelines of state and local agencies. Is accountable for the supervision, training, evaluating, hiring and performance management of Plant Engineering, Off-Site Engineering, Plant Maintenance and Groundskeeper staff.
High school diploma/G.E.D. required. A minimum of five (5) years related experience and a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience required. A California driver license with an acceptable driving record required. A minimum of ten (10) years of increasingly responsible experience which demonstrates proficiency in the skills and knowledge required to perform the job preferred.
