Primary work is housekeeping and custodial. Assists General Maintenance Repairmen with projects and cleans up job sites.
Assists repairmen by delivering tools and materials to the job site, cleaning up job sites and returning tools and materials to the proper storage areas. Assists with removing built-in fixtures and tearing down walls. Collects and sorts recycling and shredding. Assists with painting projects. Provides limited electrical services such as changing light bulbs, etc. Provides limited HVCA services such as changing filters, etc. Maintains accurate daily records of time and materials. Maintains all tools and equipment in a safe and operable condition. Reports problems to the supervisor. Assists other trade areas for seasonal requirements as needed. Provides assistance with Security as needed. Sweeps sidewalks to main entrance as needed. Work is typically performed in an office environment.
