The Clinical Services Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support services such as charge entry and/or reconciliation, scheduling, maintaining files, and conducting special projects. The Clinical Services Administrative Assistant would also perform a wide variety of word processing tasks to prepare correspondence and department data which may be confidential in nature.
The ideal Clinical Services Administrative Assistant candidate is someone that can develop a thorough knowledge of the clinic departments assigned and possess strong customer service skills.
