Conference Room Support Assistant
PRIMARY FUNCTION: To maintain the Conference Rooms throughout the Christiana Campus, primarily supporting the John H. Ammon Medical Education Center. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain room set ups and facility upkeep. Set up and reconfigure rooms as requested in Resource Scheduler (tables, chairs, partitions, all set appropriately). Report "No Shows" to coordinator daily. Print and hang daily Room Signs as needed. Identify maintenance needs, i.e., painting, light repair, carpet repair, partition repair, etc. and submits request through maintenance webform.
