The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Marketing Strategist serves as a key member of the UCSF Health marketing team. The successful candidate is passionate about the end-to-end customer journey and collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop CRM marketing capabilities, and design multichannel campaigns to achieve strategic marketing and communications goals.UCSF Health Marketing raises the profile of UCSF Health, improves professional recognition and helps foster the sustainable growth by clearly and consistently communicating why UCSF is the best place to come for care. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, digital media or other related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience implementing, utilizing, and optimizing a CRM system (Dynamic 365 and Salesforce preferred)
2+ years of experience with marketing automation campaigns and email marketing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or an equivalent technology
Experience with marketing campaign analytics and reporting
Working familiarity with HTML/CSS, data integrations and audience segmentation
Strong orientation toward teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter, ability to handle ambiguity and respond to changing business conditions with a strong drive for results
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines and projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with basic scripting languages and concepts
Experience with Sitecore platform and integrations
Advanced knowledge of SQL
