A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the creation, delivery, and optimization of comprehensive training programs. This role will work closely with unit leaders to design and continually refine functional training programs related to patient access and contact center standards. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering engaging adult learning content virtually. This person will use probing questions and collaboration to determine root causes of process and performance issues and will understand how to assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate workplace learning or engagement independently. Focuses in one or more of the following areas: Learning Design, Learning Development, Learning Technology, Classroom and Virtual Facilitation, Learning Evaluation and Measurement, and/or Workforce and Cultural Engagement.

Coordinating and facilitating training programs for multiple contact centers.
Delivers curriculum, demonstrations, and workshops.
Prepares material for training programs; reviews and provides feedback on existing programs.
Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development
Facilitates New Hire Training (NHT) with assistance from the Program Manager
Partners with Subject Matter Experts to recommend/coordinate/edit/update existing presentations (i.e. PowerPoint or other presentations).
Conducts various training sessions covering required learning programs as well as specialized programs and refresher training.
Assigns courses in Learning Exchange and tracks completion.
Develop assessments and evaluations for training and post-training reporting

TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS (INTERMEDIATE):
- A process of collecting information about a proposed learning program. A needs analysis addresses the following issues:
restating the request, stating the business need, identifying the performance gap, conducting a task analysis, describing the
learners, describing the learning environment, and identifying the project constraints.
ADULT LEARNING THEORY (ADVANCED):
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of providing instruction to the adult learner. Able to focus adult learning goals and
the ability to direct their own learning.
INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN (NOVICE):
- The systematic development of specifications using learning and instructional theory to ensure the quality of instruction.
