JOB SUMMARY: Serves as an internal consultant for organization development and continuous improvement initiatives to align work force and key business initiatives. Provides leadership and support for developing people, systems, work processes and work environment to drive business results. Provides planning, coaching, facilitation and consultation services to teams and individuals in designing and implementing strategies for solving complex organizational or Human Resources Challenges. Uses Organizational Development methods, procedure, and tools to implement solutions, and continuously improving strategies, structures, and systems for the Medical Center.

Facilitates meetings and retreats by utilizing a variety of techniques to promote open discussion, communication, action, and accountability.
Provides one-on-one coaching for leaders and staff to address developmental needs, performance improvement, behavioral change, goal identification, action, and accountability.
Collaborates with internal subject matter experts, external vendors, and consultants to deliver training, coaching, assessments, and surveys to staff.
Stays current on academic and workplace organizational development research/methods/publications.
Serves on committees and other work groups as a representative for Organizational Development
Integrates analytics and impact metrics to guide and drive future strategies, capabilities, and initiatives. Ensures appropriate assessments/measurements are in place to manage impact and effectiveness of programs.

FIELD OF STUDY :
Organizational Development, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Public/Business Administration, or related discipline
Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
Expert level SPSS, R, Python, SQL, MS Excel or other related analytics/statistics solutions
Strong research and advanced data analysis and modeling skills
Strong applied knowledge in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
