This position is located in the Nutrition and Food Services Department at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. The incumbent works in the both the Food Production and Food Service areas of Nutrition and Food Services, performing simple and routine cooking duties and managing all diet office related tasks. In these assigned areas the incumbent provides services to support patient centered care. Works as a team member to assure food production goals are met. Duties Include but not limited too: Performs a full range of simple cooking by preparing and cooking items that require little or no processing such as pancakes, sausage, eggs, hamburgers, and fresh, frozen or canned vegetables.
