Oversees the on-time, on-budget completion of various facilities initiatives and reports the status of initiatives to key stakeholders across the organization. Helps develop clarity and transparency into facilities work, ensuring that projects are appropriately prioritized and followed through. The project manager serves as an internal expert in substantial facilities projects, assessing the quality completion of the work as well as the schedule and budgetary ramifications of the work. Ensures that effective project techniques and processes are established, tools are available, and coaches others in their use. Manages portfolio of multiple projects supporting BHS mission and strategies. FL
