DescriptionSummary: The Guest Services Coordinator II will investigate, resolve, document and report specific patient and guest compliments and concerns to leadership and staff.Requirements:Develop, implement and participate in customer service and patient relations initiatives. Assist in maintaining the daily operation of the Guest Services Department. Assist in data analysis related to Patient Satisfaction and report trends to management and associates.
