Creates and modifies CAD drawings ensuring compliance with AH ODC Standards.
Coordinates formatting of data for AH Document Control to ensure standardization of Medical Gas, Equipment and other approved documents designation.
Assists the Lead CAD Operator with priority projects and important deadlines.
Maintains the integrity and accuracy of critical utility, equipment and medical gas documents and all other disciplines.
Keeps a complete and accurate library of drawings from new and past construction projects. Administers check-out program for library drawings.
What Will You Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum Associates Degree in Architecture, Graphic Design or related field
Minimum of 4 years experience as a CAD Tech
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Graphic Design or related field
Experience with the interaction of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Facilities Management software
Under minimal supervision, the Office of Design & Construction (ODC) Senior CAD Operator prepares comprehensive and meticulous drawings as assigned. The Senior CAD Tech works closely with internal departments as well as architectural and consulting firms to ensure compliance to AH standards. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
