Provide oversite of Building Trade Engineers, Plumbers, Carpenters, and Electricians.
Serves as the primary leader to interface with end using departments.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality services and effective solutions.
Prepares and manages program budgets, schedules and achieves all performance standards and deliverables.
Responsible for the performance all corrective and planned maintenance work in the medical campus.
Ensure that all DRMC and Tenet vendors are meeting expectations.
Use management software to track budget and deliverables.
Developing objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
Ensure resources and allocations are appropriate.
Measure performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate challenges to management as needed.
Ensure a collegial relationship between key stakeholders and vendors.
Perform risk management to minimize risk for facility.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
Help Director implement and maintain a quality management system.
Responsible for Joint Commission compliance and understand current Joint Commission EOC standards.
Represent the Facilities department in the absence of the Director.
Bachelorâ��s degree, or relevant work experience
Prior work of Healthcare construction management
Experience with the Joint Commission.
Knowledge of OSHPD standards
