Position Summary: The Account Manager II is the primary business point of contact for the clients post sales. As the point of contact for the CareConnect Delivery Team this position is responsible for daily cultivation and account support of existing CareConnect accounts; ensuring that the clients' business needs and issues are met on time and in a satisfactory manner. This involves analyzing the client's business operations, determining goals and the best way to meet them. The primary focus in the first 6-12 months is handling CareConnect account management to our community providers. Primary role is to form relationships with community providers that are within the MultiCare network.
Minimum Requirements: Five (5) years combined experience in formal training, healthcare IT (Epic implementation), project management , client relations (calling on provider offices) Three (3) years Information Technology experience
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree Epic certification (preferred in Ambulatory EMR Trainer, and or Ambulatory Analyst Epic certification in other modules a plus (Modules: Beacon, Radiant, etc.) Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
