Job Summary: Manage and oversee hospital safety management programs in order to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and personnel by performing the following duties. Directs personnel involved in establishing, promoting and maintaining hospital security and property performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Maintains efficient and effective safety and security program operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable Joint Commission, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols.
