Overview

St. Luke's Health System in Boise is seeking a Facility Planner to join our Construction Planning and Design team.

We are seeking an experienced individual with a background in Architecture to support planning, development, and research needs for various St. Luke's Health System construction projects.

Must be proficient in the following areas:

Drafting,Construction document and file management, Building code research, Developing plans for construction

*Proficiency in Rivet and Procore highly preferred

Required for Consideration:

Associate's Degree or above in relevant field and two years of experience as a CAD designer in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Uses rough sketches, notes, and voice instructions to create final product.
• Processes building department submittals for building permits.
• Prepares plans for construction cost estimates and schedule.
• Coordinates with internal departments regarding capital projects.
• May read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics and operational/product manuals.
• Handles moderately complex issues using knowledge of procedures and policies. Refers complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
