The role you’ll contribute:

As a Dietary Aide Porter, you will be under the direct supervision of the FANS director and management team, the dietary aides assist in the preparation, set up, cleans, and sanitizes work areas, front of house equipment and maintains safety standards. 

The value you’ll bring to the team:

·         Maintains condition and cleaning of floors, dish room equipment, pot sink, workstation and equipment’s used in performance with all duties.

·         Empties Department trash cans and removes trash to dock for compacting and placement in appropriate containers.

·         Drains and cleans dish machine at designates time as well as monitors temperatures records information.

·         Cleans pots and pans in 3 compartment sinks. Participates in dish room duties of dumping, loading, and unloading.

·         Uses cleaning chemicals correctly and in required concentration.  

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

·     High School diploma of equivalent preferred.

·     Food service experience in hospitality or healthcare industry preferred.

·     Must have basic math skills and ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.

·     Computer skills required.
