SUMMARY: SUMMARY:Responsible for administration of NKCH employee benefit plans. Develops, recommends, and implements new and revised benefit plans. Assures benefit plans are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations. EXPERIENCE:At least five years progressively responsible experience in benefits. SPECIAL SKILLS:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong familiarity with HRIS systems (Infor preferred), HR policies and Microsoft Office Suite. OTHER:Knowledge of compliance issues as they relate to benefits. EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Human Resources, Equivalent Experience - Related Field
