*Salary range is based upon years of experience **Sign on Bonus offered **Relocation Assistance offered General Purpose: The purpose of this position is to manage and direct the operation and maintenance of the physical plant and all of the equipment utilized to operate NHD on a daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term basis and to ensure that the facility department is in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
