SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and maintenance repairs on a wide variety of electrical equipment such as the 69 KV and 13.8 KV distribution equipment, automatic switchgears, motor control centers, variable frequency drive units, lighting control systems, fire alarm systems, etc. Respond immediately to electrical problems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational Technical Trades School in electrical field preferred. 3 years job related experience in industrial electrical maintenance required.
• Must pass a written test and hands on skills demonstration with a minimum score of 75%.
  
• Valid Driver's License required.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Minimum five (5) years job related experience in electrical field and computer control experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aide training preferred.
• Operation of tractors, forklifts, bucket trucks, high lifts and other types of equipment preferred.
