BJC is hiring a Business Manager for our Neuro service line. The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare data analysis and financial analysis skills. This role is also involved in business operations and budgeting.
Role is Monday - Friday and is hybrid. Must live in Missouri or Illinois.

Role Purpose
Provides strategic leadership and consultation in operational and financial analysis for a clinical department(s) of a significant size and operating budget. Builds collaborative teams that strive for continuous improvement and business results that meet/exceed every customer's expectation.
Responsibilities
Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
Analyzes large amounts of data and provides in-depth analysis needed to support services within the business operations to meet operational and strategic goals.
Identifies and initiates cost reduction strategies.
Directs and manages the operating and capital budgeting processes for the department, including the monitoring of actual costs against these budgets.
Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
