Broward Health Imperial Point is a 204-bed hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, providing quality care to a rapidly growing community since 1972. With more than 700 employees and a medical staff of more than 500 physicians, our dedicated team of professional, compassionate healthcare professionals is committed to providing patients and their families access to compassionate, personalized care in key specialty areas including Behavioral Health, Inpatient-Outpatient Surgical Services, Emergency Services, Cardiovascular, and Neurology and Stroke Care.

Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer for Broward Health Imperial Point directs the administration of the medical center and operations to assure quality patient care and service. As a member of the management team, this individual participates in the development, interpretation, and decision-making process. The CEO will direct, monitor, and contribute to strategic projects and program management. Additionally, this individual makes major corporate decisions, manages overall operations and resources, and acts as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations.

Education:

• Master's degree required.

Experience:

• Ten years+ of related hospital executive leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing growth in key specialty areas.
• Behavioral Health experience preferred.
