Baptist Health Louisville is currently searching for a Director of Environmental Services at our Louisville, Kentucky location.
The Environmental Services Director is responsible for providing leadership, direction, vision, and managerial oversight to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.
The position entails leading all operational coordination, setting an example by adhering to EVS & Linen operational standards to achieve national benchmarks, system initiatives, and site-based goals. This individual will represent the department by embodying a "Just" culture, driving performance metrics, and working towards standardization as one system. This key job involves overseeing a workforce of 85+ employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required or will consider experience in lieu of degree as follows:
7+ years of support services, military, housekeeping, environmental services, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
4+ years in a leadership position required.
5 Years of Minimum Experience Required in support service-related fields with high customer services and/or Environmental Services required.
