Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing highly responsive, rapid and reliable safety and security communication services to team members, visitors, and patients through the use of communications equipment including but not limited to, video surveillance equipment, infant safety devices, hand-held radio transmitter, computer-aided telephone switchboard, and computer terminal. Administers the resolution of minor and major emergency situations and/or alarms within the hospital or on hospital property.
