SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Facilities Program Manager ? Fleet & Sustainability role is the central point of contact concerning fleet vehicle operations. This role will be responsible for the effective management and utilization of the fleet of vehicles across the health system that serve the different entities of Penn State Health. This position will be tasked with improving the operational efficiency of fleet management while ensuring safety, reliability, and reducing risk to the vehicles and end users. This position will also generate reporting for Scope 1 and Scope 2 Green House Gas Emissions, and support other sustainability programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor's degree or four (4) years' equivalent experience
STEM program Major, or a degree demonstrating ability to collect and analyze large quantities of data.
Minimum one (1) year experience managing fleet vehicles or similar asset management of a technical nature.
Minimum one (1) year experience documented ability startup new process/procedure and influence others.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification.
Background or interest in Sustainability practices.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Presentation skills for posting and reporting key data and KPI?s.
