Principal Food Service Worker
DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Patient Services Manager and Supervisors, the Food Service Worker is responsible for preparing and delivering meals to patients in accordance with dietary guidelines. This includes working assigned tray assembly stations, maintaining proper sanitation in food handling and equipment use, and ensuring a clean and organized work area. The position assists patients with menu selections, distributes meals according to the diet master list, collects trays after meal service, and delivers food carts to designated areas. Additional duties include delivering snacks to patients, following sanitation standards for all service food, and maintaining tray service
