Job SummarySupervises and directs Security personnel; assures safety and security of patients, visitors, and employees; meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in the specific age range on their assigned clinical area.Job DutiesSupervises and directs assigned Security personnel, evaluates employee performance, interviews applicants, makes recommendations to supervisor regarding hiring, firing, promotions, and disciplinary actions, coordinates with Human Resources, as required, verifies payroll time sheets, approves requests for leisure and other time off.Prepares work schedules.Conducts regular inspections of property and fire, safety and security equipment.Completes detailed reports on incidents, thefts, losses.
