Food Services Manager directs day to day operations of the assigned service areas to include: overseeing tray line, staff scheduling/evaluations, meal rounds/cart delivery rounds, tray line efficiency and accuracy, staff development, and overall patient satisfaction. Food Services Manager completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: 2 year degree in dietetics or related field of study. May substitute 2 years of experience for 1 year of education.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in diet
