Principal Food Service Worker
DescriptionYou will support all assigned tray assembly stations and ensure accurate meal service in accordance with patient diet orders and departmental procedures. You will maintain proper sanitation and food safety practices during food handling, meal preparation, and equipment use while keeping a clean and organized work environment. You will assist patients with menu selections as needed and distribute meals according to the diet master list. Responsibilities also include collecting meal trays following service, transporting food carts appropriately, and delivering snacks to patients as assigned.
